About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Human Resource Business Partner to manage the full recruitment process.
This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified applicants to meet company needs, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. *(Immediate joiners are preferred.)*
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally
- Plan and support training and development initiatives
- Oversee HR administration and leave management processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office
