We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner | HR Jobs | Jeddah | 5+ Years Experience

Are you passionate about strategic HR partnership, organizational development, and driving business success through people?

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team and play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support

· Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters

· Support workforce planning, manpower planning, and organizational design initiatives

· Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

· Lead and support performance management cycles, talent reviews, and development planning

· Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

· Support recruitment activities for key and leadership positions

· Analyze HR metrics including turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and Saudization

· Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad)

· Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives

· Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture

· Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations teams

Requirements

:

· Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are preferred

· Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms

·

Experience

working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

· Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Strong influencing, decision-making, and organizational awareness abilities
