Job Summary

What You Will Do

• Partner with leaders to align and execute people strategies with business objectives.
• Embed RTX values into people and business processes to strengthen talent development and employee engagement.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Advise managers on organizational structure, roles, reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling.
• Partner on workforce planning and talent mobility to meet current and future business needs.
• Identify workforce challenges and opportunities through a strong understanding of the business.
• Translate business priorities into practical HR strategies and solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees.
• Support high-performing teams through collaboration, team dynamics, and employee engagement.

Qualifications You Must Have

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and typically five years of relevant HR experience, or an advanced degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders, managers, or program teams.
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Experience partnering across multiple HR functions to implement integrated HR solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, or technology.
• Experience in a matrixed or multinational organization.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries or locations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics or reporting, preferably Workday.
• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, or UAE employment practices.

• The position is onsite in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
