Overview
As an HR Assistant, you will be the engine room of our department, ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and our employees feel supported from their first day to their last.
Key Responsibilities
- **Recruitment Support:**
- Coordinate interview schedules, post job openings to various boards, and assist with initial resume screening.
- **Onboarding:**
- Prepare new hire packets, coordinate orientation schedules, and ensure all "Day One" documentation is completed accurately.
- **Record Maintenance:**
- Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal data standards.
- **Benefits Administration:**
- Assist employees with basic inquiries regarding insurance, leave requests, and company perks.
- **Daily Operations:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal HR inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.
- What You Bring to the Table
- **Experience:**
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- **Language:**
- Fluency in English is a must
