Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Jeddah . This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will assist in a wide range of HR functions, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, training support, and HR systems administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
The HR Assistant will also play a key role in facilitating communication between employees and management while ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations .
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative operations
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Manage and update data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Assist with payroll-related documentation and employee benefits administration
- Support employee training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in performance review and employee engagement initiatives
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven knowledge of HR functions and HR management processes
- Experience working with HRIS systems and employee records management
- Familiarity with benefits administration and employee relations
- Strong understanding of training and development processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations is highly preferred
- Prior experience in a similar HR or administrative role is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred
