**Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Salary:** AED **4,500 – 5,000** per month
About the Company
Best Doctor Home Healthcare is a licensed home healthcare provider in the UAE, delivering high-quality medical and nursing services at patients’ homes.
We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated HR professional to support our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle **end-to-end recruitment** for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses, doctors, caregivers, physiotherapists, admin staff)
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes
- Prepare and manage **offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation**
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support **DHA licensing coordination** and staff credential documentation
- Handle **attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE Labour Law** and internal HR policies
- Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting
- Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations (coordination with PRO if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**
- **1–3 years** of HR experience (healthcare industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of **UAE Labour Law**
- Experience in **healthcare recruitment** is a strong advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
