Job Role
We are hiring a motivated
UAE National
to join with one of our client as an
HR Assistant
.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience to begin a career in Human Resources within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
- Maintain and update employee files on the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment coordination — scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer documents.
- Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance records.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, Emirates ID, and labor-related documentation.
Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills in
- English and Arabic

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
