Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources Assistant
to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
