Job Summary
Al Rayah Driving School is seeking a proactive
HR Assistant
with strong recruitment experience to support our HR department.
The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities and assist in day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing coordination).
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Support general HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, preferably with recruitment focus.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage.
