Requirem
- entsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fi
- eld.Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR) prefer
- red.Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HRBP r
- ole.Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Change Managem
- ent.
