Recruitment & Onboardi
- ngAssist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platform
- s.Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring manager
- s.Schedule interviews and communicate with candidate
- s.Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentatio
- n.Support new employee orientation and induction program
s.Employee Records & Documentati
- onMaintain and update employee files and HR database
- s.Ensure all employee records are accurate and confidentia
- l.Process employment contracts, renewals, transfers, and termination document
- s.Monitor document expiry dates (Iqama, passport, licenses, certificates, etc.
).Payroll & Attendance Suppo
- rtCoordinate monthly attendance and leave record
