HR Operations Manager — SAP SuccessFactors

will oversee the daily operations of the HR function, leveraging SuccessFactors to automate workflows and enhance employee experience.

The ideal candidate will manage HRIS configuration, data governance, payroll/benefits integration, and reporting, acting as the primary point of contact for system issues and improvements.

1. SAP SuccessFactors Administration & Optimization

  • **System Configuration:**
  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central (EC), and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • **Process Improvement:**
  • Identify bottlenecks and automate HR processes (e.g., job changes, workflows, notifications) to increase efficiency.
  • **System Upgrades:**
  • Lead the testing and implementation of quarterly SAP SF releases and patches.
  • **Integrations:**
  • Manage integrations between SF and third-party applications (payroll, benefits vendors).

2. Data Governance & Reporting

  • **Data Integrity:**
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • **Analytics & Metrics:**
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards (headcount, turnover) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • **Document Management:**
  • Utilize SuccessFactors for digital file management and automated document generation.

3. HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • **Lifecycle Management:**
  • Oversee end-to-end HR services, including onboarding, organizational changes, and offboarding.
  • **Vendor Management:**
  • Partner with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate data flow.
  • **Support:**
  • Act as the escalation point for complex employee inquiries.

Required Qualifications

  • **Experience:**
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central).
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors
  • **Process Knowledge:**
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, performance).
