This internship is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in HR within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Instead of a fixed set of duties, the internship will expose you to different areas of HR on our current priorities, offering a broad learning journey across several HR domains.

What You'll Be Working On

Depending on business priorities during your internship, you will support a variety of HR Operations and Employee Relations initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to labor law compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Employee Relations matters by assisting in HR and employee-related investigations, collecting and organizing case documentation, maintaining strict confidentiality, and contributing to the fair and compliant resolution of workplace matters in line with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assisting in internal audits, personnel file reviews, and compliance checks in line with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Supporting employee offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Coordinating employee exit procedures, including clearance processes, final settlements, document collection, and system updates.
  • Assisting with the preparation of HR reports, maintaining HR databases, and supporting day-to-day HR operational activities.
  • Assisting with the review and preparation of case documentation, legal correspondence, and administrative records related to employment matters.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies is mandatory.
  • Must be eligible for Tamheer (not registered in GOSI for the last six months and less than one year of experience).
  • Previous training or internship within a legal office or law firm is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and an interest in employment-related matters.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
