Summary
A **Lifestyle Café** in Al Ain is seeking an experienced and organized **Human Resources Executive** to manage day-to-day HR operations and support a workforce of approximately 100 employees.
The ideal candidate must have **prior UAE HR experience** and the ability to handle employee relations, documentation, coordination, and HR administration efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations and employee coordination
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling support
- Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
- Coordinate visa, labor, and HR-related documentation when required
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive staff relations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
- Maintain confidential HR records and reports accurately
- Support management with administrative and HR-related tasks
Requirements
- Previous **UAE HR experience is mandatory**
- Ability to manage HR operations for approximately **100 staff members**
- Good understanding of **UAE labor law and HR processes**
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Professional and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
