Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience and be capable of handling core HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle visa-related coordination and HR compliance
- Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
- Support employee engagement and performance management
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- **UAE experience is mandatory**
- **Own visa required** (freelance/partner/spouse visa preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
