Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to be an integral part of our regional leadership team.
This role is crucial in driving organizational effectiveness, building local talent capabilities, and ensuring our people strategies directly support ambitious business goals.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and a champion for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Strategic Partnership**
: Deeply engage with ME business, develop HR plans aligned with business goals, and provide data-driven insights.
2. **Talent Acquisition & Development**
: Lead recruitment for key roles (Sales, Presales, Technical), and build local talent pipeline and succession plans.
3. **Performance & Incentive**
: Drive performance management (KPI/OKR) and design market-competitive incentive programs.
4. **Sales Management Support**
: Partner with sales leadership to drive sales team performance, territory planning, and target setting; support sales incentive plan design and execution.
5. **Finance Support**
: Collaborate with finance team on headcount budgeting, cost control, payroll accuracy, and HR-related financial reporting.
6. **Administration Management**
: Oversee local office administration, including office leasing, facility maintenance, vendor management, and daily operations to ensure a smooth and compliant working environment.
7. **Employee Relations & Culture**
: Manage ER cases, promote corporate culture, and facilitate cross-cultural integration between Chinese and local teams.
8. **Compliance**
: Ensure full compliance with UAE/GCC labor laws, and establish localized HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- **Experience**
- : 8+ years in HR, 3+ years as HRBP/HRM, with proven experience in the Middle East.
- **Core Competence**
- : Hands-on across all HR functions;
- deep expertise in UAE Labor Law

- **Language**
- : Fluent in Chinese & English (working language); Arabic is a strong plus.
- **Soft Skills**
- : Strong cross-cultural communication; adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
