Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assisst in all HR issues related to employees in compliance with local labour laws and regulations and in line with the Company s strategy and market growth.
• Help manage employee database and ensures the accuracy and update of data.
• Support in maintaining personnel files and records and updated in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
• Assists in the labour payroll and transactions such as leaves, advances, deductions, allowances, separations, permanent transfers, etc.
• Displays strong knowledge in the use of HRIS modules and demonstrates ability to identify and report errors when needed.
• Support in maintaining violation records for labours in line with the labour law requirements.
• Works closely with the MIS department to help ensure system improvement and makes recommendations for automation and improvements via the use of technology and improved procedures.
• Maintains good knowledge of legal requirements in the areas where the Company operates to ensure legal compliance of the HR projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient Human Capital process.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR is an advantage.
