Job Summary
Role Objective: To assist with the execution of the work within allotted time, productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with specifications and drawings.
To ensure conveyance of information on drawings to the site supervisory staff with sufficient clarity to ensure understanding
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, workforce, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards across all phases of the project.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and construction challenges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.
