HSE Manager role supporting QHSE systems and project compliance across Dubai and Abu Dhabi projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Help the QHSE lead implement and maintain the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
- Verify project compliance with applicable legislation, rules, and system requirements for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
- Participate in regular project meetings on Quality and HSE management.
- Promote safety and environmental awareness among site teams to increase safety and minimize risks.
- Provide expert advice to client projects; review, comment on, and follow up QHSE site reports.
- Report regularly to the Delivery Management Team and client QHSE Lead as required.
Qualifications and requirements
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards, with proven ability to conduct system audits.
- Familiarity with construction site inspections, measurement, and relevant testing techniques.
- Proven record writing and reviewing quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures or plans.
- Good command of English; computer literate and experienced with business productivity tools such as MS Office.
- Graduate of an accredited engineering college; Civil or Architecture is preferred.
- Accredited health and safety qualification, such as a NEBOSH Diploma or similar.
- Must be immediately available and flexible to travel within the UAE.
