HSE Engineer - Aluminium & Facade

About This Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer with a background in aluminium & façade works or general contracting to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe execution of works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project requirements
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and management on safety matters
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
- Promote safety awareness and ensure proper use of PPE
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
- NEBOSH Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as HSE Engineer in aluminium & façade works or contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and site safety practices
- Experience in UAE projects preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
