About This Role
job Title: HSE Engineer (Consultant Office – Abu Dhabi)
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our consultant office in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental practices within the UAE and be ready for immediate joining.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HSE roles, preferably within consultancy or construction supervision projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Must hold valid HSE certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHAD/AD EHSMS)
- Experience in risk assessment, safety audits, incident investigation, and compliance monitoring
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and compliance with HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce safety standards
- Prepare HSE reports and documentation
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities
Additional Requirements:
- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
