Senior HSE Engineer | Abu Dhabi, UAE – Real Estate Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Engineer to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence across our real estate development projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international HSE standards, and continuously improving safety performance across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with project objectives
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and ISO standards
• Lead HSE training and promote safety awareness across teams
• Manage incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain HSE reporting and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
• ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in construction or real estate HSE roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
