Job Description
Looking to hire an **HSE Engineer** for our project in Abu Dhabi with construction experience to manage health, safety, and environmental activities on **Roads & Infrastructure construction project with MARINE Experience**.
The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and maintaining a safe working environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor **HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE HSE regulations and site requirements**
- Conduct **risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks**
- Monitor proper use of **PPE and safe work practices**
- Investigate **incidents, accidents, and near misses** and prepare reports
- Maintain **HSE documentation, permits, and safety records**
- Coordinate with **site team and subcontractors** on HSE matters
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Health & Safety
- **5–6 years of construction HSE experience**
- Experience in **MARINE, ROADS & INSFRASTRUCTURE Projects** preferred
- Knowledge of **construction safety standards**
- **NEBOSH IGC / IOSH** certification preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
