Job Scope

The role is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the HRIS environment, with a strong focus on

Sap Successfactors Employee Central (Ec)

and

Sap Employee Central Payroll (Ecp)

to support HR operations, payroll processes, employee data management, and business requirements.

The role will support system configuration, data accuracy, workflow management, payroll-related system activities, process improvements, reporting, troubleshooting, and user support.

The position also involves working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations, proper integration between modules, compliance with company policies and labor law requirements, and continuous improvement of HRIS processes.

Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as

Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or SAP HCM

will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure, and optimize

Sap Successfactors Employee Central (Ec)

  • and related HRIS processes to support HR operations and business requirements.
  • Support

Sap Employee Central Payroll (Ecp)

  • activities, including payroll data flow, payroll-related configuration support, validations, issue resolution, and coordination with payroll users.
  • Manage employee master data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Configure and support workflows, approvals, forms, business rules, position data, employee data changes, and system processes in line with business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day system support to HR, Payroll, employees, and managers, including troubleshooting, access issues, process guidance, and system navigation.
  • Coordinate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, manage system updates, and support integration activities.
  • Support HRIS implementation, integration, testing, user acceptance testing, upgrades, and system enhancement projects when required.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support decision-making, audits, payroll validation, and HR operations.
  • Review and improve HR and payroll-related processes by identifying system gaps, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights to ensure proper system security, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on HRIS processes, SAP SuccessFactors navigation, payroll-related processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure HRIS processes and data handling are aligned with company policies, labor law requirements, payroll compliance, and internal control standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation for system configurations, process flows, user guides, training materials, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Support additional SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or other related modules when needed.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, payroll systems, or a similar role.
  • **Core System Experience:**
  • Strong hands-on experience in

Sap Successfactors Employee Central (Ec)

  • is required.
  • **Payroll Experience:**

Sap Employee Central Payroll (Ecp)

  • , payroll system support, payroll integrations, payroll data validation, or payroll operations is highly preferred.
  • **Additional Modules:**
  • Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or SAP HCM is a plus.
  • **Implementation Experience:**
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, integration, system upgrades, testing, or process improvement projects is an advantage.
  • **Technical Skills:**
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS configuration, workflows, business rules, permissions, reporting, data management, and system troubleshooting.
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **Languages:**
  • Fluent in English.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • **Other Skills:**
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, and the ability to support both HR and payroll users effectively.
