Role overview

HR Shared Services and operations

• Design and establish the operating model, including scope, service catalog, SLAs, and governance; manage HR operations and support transitions from regional teams.
• Document and improve SOPs, standardize processes, and act as a subject matter expert in HR operations and shared services.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, background checks, benefits enrollment, and employee transitions.
• Maintain UKG UltiPro records; process employee data changes; generate employment letters; coordinate payroll inputs and validations.
• Maintain HR data integrity, conduct audits and reconciliations, and prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Administer leave processes and support employees and managers with leave policy queries.
• Respond to employee HR queries, partner with cross-functional and regional teams, and maintain SLAs and service quality.
• Support compliance and audits, protect confidential employee data, and improve, automate, and standardize processes.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Shared Services environment.
• Setting up or scaling shared services operations is strongly preferred.
• Multi-country HR operations experience is requested; MEA, APAC, and Europe experience is preferred.
• Hands-on HRIS experience is required; UKG/UltiPro is preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll coordination and labor-law compliance is required.
