The HR Senior Manager for the Middle East serves as a strategic business partner, responsible for the alignment, effective implementation, and continuous monitoring of HR policies and initiatives within the Region.
This pivotal role is key to upholding company standards, driving organizational growth, and fostering talent development.
Skills & Competencies: Solid knowledge of GCC labor regulations and HR practices, with the ability to balance compliance, business needs, and employee experience across different markets.
Demonstrated agility, execution focus, and sound judgment and integrity, with a hands-on approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix, and evolving environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions, markets, and corporate teams, fostering alignment, trust, and a one-team mindset.
