Full job description
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- 2-3 Years working experience in UAE as a Recruiter.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with resume database, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills for management and candidate interaction.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage high-volume hiring.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates & shortlisting as per company requirements.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word Outlook)
