Job Summary
The HR & Personnel Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle by managing HR administration, personnel documentation, onboarding, employee records, and government-related processes.
The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures while providing timely support to employees and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, contract preparation, renewals, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID, medicals, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related processes with the PRO team.
- Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience certificates, and other HR documents.
- Support payroll by ensuring all personnel transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor probation periods, contract expiry dates, visa renewals, and compliance trackers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, benefits, and personnel matters.
- Prepare HR reports, personnel dashboards, and compliance records.
- Perform other HR and Personnel duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of UAE HR and Personnel experience.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and personnel processes.
- Experience handling employee documentation and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
