Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, or Founder within the Food & Beverage industry and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full executive support to the CEO.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business proposals, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely execution of CEO directives.
- Follow up on action items and monitor deadlines across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Liaise with suppliers, landlords, investors, and external stakeholders when required.
- Organize local and international business travel, visas, hotels, and itineraries.
- Support project management initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports.
- Handle confidential HR and commercial documentation.
- Assist with event planning, executive hospitality, and VIP meetings.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, Managing Director, or Founder.
- Mandatory experience within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Experience preparing executive reports and presentations.
