Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy across our diverse portfolio of hospitality and tourism businesses.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing professional with a proven track record in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within the hospitality or service industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across all group companies
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition & revenue growth
- Manage digital marketing (social media, paid ads, SEO, campaigns)
- Oversee branding, content, PR, and promotional activities
- Manage agencies, influencers, and external partners
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all businesses
- Monitor performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI
- Support business development through marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute campaigns, events, and launches
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Previous experience in hospitality / service industry
- Experience managing multiple brands
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory
- Marketing passionate, hands-on with social media & paid campaigns, with proven ability to scale business growth (2x–3x YoY)
