Job Summary

The Personnel Assistant Manager is responsible for leading all personnel operations across the Group, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and government regulations while overseeing the employee lifecycle, visa processes, personnel administration, and team performance.

The role works closely with HR, Finance, PRO, and business leaders to ensure efficient and compliant personnel operations across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, transfers, promotions, renewals, and offboarding.
  • Oversee employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID, medicals, renewals, cancellations, and related government processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with PROs and government authorities to ensure timely completion of all personnel transactions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases.
  • Support payroll by ensuring timely processing of personnel actions and WPS compliance.
  • Monitor visa, labor card, and document expiry trackers to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Prepare personnel reports, audits, and compliance dashboards for management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of UAE Personnel experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, visa, and immigration processes.
  • Experience managing personnel operations across multiple companies is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a must.
