Job Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our HR team as an HR Operations Specialist under the Tamheer Program. The role focuses on supporting daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain and update employee records and data
- Assist in preparing regular HR reports
- Coordinate internally on HR administrative matters
- Support organizing and improving HR processes and documentation
- Provide coordination and support for initiatives aimed at increasing Saudization rates
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
- Eligible for Tamheer Program
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
