Role Description
The HR & Operations Executive is a professional responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.
They handle tasks related to personnel records, data management, policy creation, and recruitment assistance.
Job Description
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
- Updating internal databases with new hire information.
- Office operations, logistics, oversee manager of housekeeper, transportation.
- Facilitate and book regional trips to KSA office.
- Manage the government portals for company administration, deadlines, licenses, tenders and recruitment, internships.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Responsible for supervising the HR procedures as well as policies.
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of all departments.
- Assist the team in conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience with HR & Operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, Team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
