About This Role

Role Description

The HR & Operations Executive is a professional responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department.

They handle tasks related to personnel records, data management, policy creation, and recruitment assistance.

Job Description

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information.
  • Office operations, logistics, oversee manager of housekeeper, transportation.
  • Facilitate and book regional trips to KSA office.
  • Manage the government portals for company administration, deadlines, licenses, tenders and recruitment, internships.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Responsible for supervising the HR procedures as well as policies.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of all departments.
  • Assist the team in conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience with HR & Operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Team spirit.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • Good conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
