Job Purpose
To ensure efficient HR operations and administrative excellence by managing payroll, government platforms, compliance, and office administration in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies, while supporting smooth business operations in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll and Wage Protection System (Mudad) with full accuracy and timeliness
- Handle GOSI registration, reconciliation, and statutory compliance
- Calculate End-of-Service Benefits (ESOB) and final settlements
- Act as Super Admin for government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad) and monitor GRO activities
- Audit government submissions and maintain secure internal HR records and documentation
- Coordinate office and site administration, vendors, onboarding logistics, and insurance matters
- Manage Chamber of Commerce attestations, document legalization, and administrative support to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or payroll within Saudi Arabia
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and WPS
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation)
- Arabic fluency is mandatory; very good command of English required
- High attention to detail, compliance-driven, and able to work independently
