Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional CEO Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Receive and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, draft, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and official communications.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate executive travel, external meetings, and occasional after hours business requirements when necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is required, preferably within a creative, advertising, marketing, media, or communications agency environment.
