Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
- Ability to coordinate executive travel and after hours requirements
