We are looking for our operation in KSA , a dynamic Business Development Manager in the Media / Advertising / Production / Filming / TVC industry to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing high-impact projects across brands, agencies, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and government sectors
- Generate leads and convert them into signed projects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Present capabilities and lead client meetings and pitches
- Prepare and manage RFP responses and project proposals (including government tenders)
- Coordinate internally with creative, production, and finance teams to deliver competitive proposals
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing teams, and event organizers
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and high-demand sectors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development within media, advertising, or production
- Strong experience in proposals, RFPs, and client pitches
- Solid network within the Saudi market is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
