About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and reporting.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR administration activities.
- Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to address people-related matters and business needs.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Preferred
- Experience in events, marketing, media, or service-related industries.
- **Arabic speaker is a Must.**
