Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall agency operations
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination between client servicing, creative, digital, production, and finance teams.
• Maintain operational discipline, resolve workflow challenges, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans
• Create long-term strategies that drive agency growth, improve service offerings, and strengthen market positioning.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness.

• Oversee key client relationships
• Act as the senior point of contact for major clients.
• Understand their business goals, market challenges, and consumer behavior to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate teams
• Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and build a culture of accountability and creativity.

• Drive operational excellence and process improvement
• Evaluate existing processes and introduce improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and maintain quality.
• Implement SOPs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead AI-driven transformation within the agency
• Introduce and integrate
• AI tools and technologies
• to enhance agency performance, including:
• AI-powered campaign planning and consumer insights
• AI-driven creative ideation and content generation
• Workflow automation to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks Ensure teams are trained on AI tools and adopt them effectively to improve output quality and speed.

• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy
• Work closely with the CEO/MD to shape the agency’s strategic direction.
• Support expansion into new sectors, develop new service lines (including AI-based offerings), and improve profitability.
• 8.
• Monitor financial performance and budgeting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Review P&L statements, ensure healthy margins, and approve major expenses.
• Support financial planning and revenue growth strategies.
• 9.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of campaigns
• Guarantee that all deliverables — creative work, digital campaigns, activations, and brand strategies — meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.
• 10.
• Represent the agency in meetings, pitches, and industry events
• Lead high-level client meetings, participate in new business pitches, and represent the agency at industry events.
• Strengthen the agency’s reputation and build strong industry relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum
• 8–12 years of experience
• in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience as a General Manager.
• Proven experience in
• team leadership, operations management, and strategic planning

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
