HR Manager - General
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Prepare annual HR budgets and develop short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Work closely with CEO, COO, and Deputy CEO on manpower planning and cost optimization.
Oversee the complete HR & Administration functions across office, site, and factory.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for façade division including staff and site workforce.
Lead and coordinate interview panels for technical and non-technical positions.
Understand façade construction requirements and ensure hiring of suitable candidates.
Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
HR Operations & Administration:
Propose and implement organizational restructuring as per business requirements.
Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Introduce and standardize HR/Admin forms, processes, and documentation.
Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and training initiatives.
Oversee compensation & benefits and overall administrative operations.
Recommend promotions and salary increments for management approval.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee employee welfare including health insurance, emergency support, and worker well-being.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies across all operations.
