HR Manager
About This Role
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy and compliance and coordinating with the finance department.
- Handle employee relations and overall employee lifecycle management.
- Lead performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Administer leave management in line with company policy.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Maintain and manage accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring HR compliance readiness.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Manage employee health insurance and related benefits.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree required; candidates holding HR certifications along with bachelor's will be given preference.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience in handling payroll
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
