About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **HR Manager** to join our team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR within Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Experience in hiring processes, documentation, and employee onboarding
- Familiarity with government portals and HR-related paperwork
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
- Support organizational development and training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
