We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help build a strong, people-focused workplace.
**Role Overview** As HR Manager, you will lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
You will play a key role in shaping company culture and supporting our team's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations
- Support performance management and employee development
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus,
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: SAR 3,000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonus: SAR 8,000
- Total monthly earnings: up to SAR 11,000+
- Full-time, stable position with a growing company
