Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations within our UAE office. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR best practices, and end‑to‑end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can build a positive workplace culture, support organizational growth, and ensure smooth HR processes aligned with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and UAE law.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices

· Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational development programs

· Manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and personnel records

· Support department heads with workforce planning and talent development

· Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management

· Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance work environment

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.

· Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office.

· Strong organizational and time‑management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Monthly Salary: AED4000.00 – AED6000.00 per month

Location: Workers City in Hameem, Abu Dhabi
