The role works closely with management and department heads to support business and people objectives and promote a professional, engaged, service-oriented hotel culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable government regulations.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, manpower planning, employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with department heads on staffing, manpower requirements, productivity, and performance.
- Develop engagement, training, and development initiatives; manage appraisals and KPIs; support succession, talent development, and retention.
- Monitor employee accommodation, transportation, uniforms, insurance, and other applicable HR matters.
- Prepare reports, manpower budgets, HR analytics, and management presentations; advise the General Manager and management team.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience; hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hospitality HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills; able to work independently with senior management and department heads.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR systems; UAE hospitality experience is highly preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1.00–AED 8,000.00 per month.
