Role overview

Workplace

• The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, with in-office work required three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Oracle HCM modules; document work, upload data using HDL/HSDL, test, and train users.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Use AI and emerging tools to drive digital transformation.
• Support integrations, reporting through FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher, and analytics.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in HRIS, HR, or Information Systems.
• Strong system configuration and technical implementation experience.
• Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and/or SQL skills; AI-tool exposure and change-management methodologies are a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project leadership skills.
