Experienced HR Generalist role supporting human resources functions and workforce engagement in a manufacturing context.
The role includes overseas technical recruitment and contributions to HR operations and learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical recruitment through job description development, sourcing, and candidate screening.
- Onboard new employees and provide resources and training.
- Oversee performance management and advise managers on appraisals.
- Design learning and development programs aligned with employee and organizational goals.
- Address employee relations concerns and mediate conflicts.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases; protect sensitive information and support compliance.
- Analyze engagement feedback and metrics, recommend initiatives, and support retention.
- Prepare HR reports for management and collaborate on succession planning.
Requirements and skills
- Extensive overseas technical recruitment experience, particularly in manufacturing.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills; knowledge of performance management systems, ideally through HRIS.
- Experience leading learning and development initiatives.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills; strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions with adaptability and organization.
