About This Role
Overview
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees
- Handle visa processing, employment documentation, and joining formalities
- Arrange flight tickets, hotel accommodations, airport pickups, and travel logistics for candidates/employees
- Maintain employee records, HR files, documentation, and databases accurately
- Update and manage HR trackers including onboarding status, visa tracker, leave tracker, employee master data, etc.
- Coordinate with PROs, travel agencies, hotels, and internal departments for smooth onboarding operations
- Ensure all employee documents are collected, verified, and properly filed
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related documents
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-ups
- Respond to employee queries related to onboarding and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor requirements
