Overview
XAD Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Executive (Insurance)
to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee medical & life insurance policies for a workforce of 4,000+ employees
- Handle insurance enrollments, renewals, claims, and coordination with providers
- Maintain accurate HR and insurance records
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and insurance procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, including insurance handling
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Good understanding of UAE insurance processes
- 📍 Location: UAE
- 💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500
