About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Male HR Executive (Arabic)** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to manage HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations in compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related formalities
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance records
- Address employee relations matters and respond to HR-related queries professionally
Requirements
- Male candidate due to the nature of the work
- **MUST BE FLUENT IN ARABIC & ENGLISH**
- **Minimum 3-5 years** of HR experience in Dubai/UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE HR procedures, labor law, and compliance
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
