The employer seeks a motivated HR Executive with 2–4 years of HR experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and employee renewals.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and HR reports.
- Assist with HR policy implementation and employee relations.
- Coordinate with the PRO on labor and immigration requirements.
- Support management with HR administrative tasks.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE; UAE HR experience is stated as mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.

- Location: Abu Dhabi.
